How to Return an Item:
Obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Any return without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed. There are two ways to obtain an RMA:
Option One: Electronically
- Log into your SlingShot Tools account by choosing “my account” at the top of the home page, or by clicking on the “orders and returns” link located in the footer.
- Locate the order you wish to make a return from and choose the “view order” button. At the top right corner of the order, click the “return” link.
- Fill out the form completely and choose submit at the bottom of the page. Please ensure you have included a telephone number and valid email address.
- A representative from SlingShot Tools will contact you regarding your RMA request.
Option Two: Telephone
- If you checked out as a guest and do not have a SlingShot Tools account or did not have one at the time of purchase, please call 248-230-4684 and request an RMA number.
- Please have your packing slip with your order number available for our representative to look up.
SlingShot Tools offers full refunds, exchanges or an in-store credit for new, unused and unopened merchandise.
- Item must from our stock and in sellable condition to another customer.
- Product must be completely unused and in its original undamaged packaging from the manufacturer.
- Bundled items must have all components intact.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- No restocking fees incurred.
Used and/or opened merchandise is not returnable unless it is defective and falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have received defective merchandise, please follow the steps above to obtain an RMA number.
Packing up your return:
- Please include your RMA authorization number with your merchandise inside the box.
- Ship your authorized return to: SlingShot Tools, 7300 Miller Drive, Warren MI 48092
- Do not ship your return to the manufacturer directly unless we have instructed you to do so.
Damaged or missing merchandise
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the contents of their order for missing or damaged products. Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to SlingShot Tools within 7 days of receipt. Report such conditions by calling 248-230-4684. SlingShot Tools will send out the missing product or exchange the damaged merchandise at no charge to you.
