Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders received by 2:30 PM EST are shipped same day, orders placed after 2:30 PM EST are shipped the next business day.   

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands

We do not ship outside the United States.

All shipments are subject to stock availability.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Free Shipping and Shipping Rates

Orders that subtotal before taxes and shipping $75.00 or more will receive free shipping.  Free shipping occurs automatically in the cart at checkout.  Orders will be packaged to ensure each shipment is under 70lbs.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders and Merchandise Availability

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

At times merchandise becomes unavailable.  If this should occur, we will make every attempt to fulfill your order to include offering a like substitute available item.  However, we may cancel your order and notify you via email should this not be possible.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card or PayPal account will be refunded and we will notify you via email.
